This question is concering website, "http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/."
I notice on the right side of the screen there is a menu. How do you get
the center section to change when a menu
item is clicked. Also, how do you get the menu to remain stationary when
scrolling the screen? What CSS code is used
on the above website to get the center session to change and to get the menu
to remain stationary.
