| I have pages working well with a fixed menu side bar and fixed top bar.
It uses Javascript to do this:
http://masonc.netcom.com
However, it may be possible without Javascript. Here's a template that
sort of works in MSIE6, Opera, and Netscape 7.2 (at least):
http://home.earthlink.net/~frontal-lobe/fixedmenu2.html
derived from:
http://www.fabrice-pascal.de/artike...6/beispiel2.htm
My template suffers from some height and vertical scroll bar
problems. It may have two (2) vertical scroll bars or it may not
fill the window's vertical space. I have not been able to tinker
it to perfection. The style sheet:
http://home.earthlink.net/~frontal-lobe/ie5.css
has "redundancy" that seems to be necessary, at least in part, and
is beyond my grasp. (maybe because my German's rusty :-)
