Author Removing margins from frameset with CSS

Hi,
I have set up a print-friendly stylesheet (print.css) for a website
which is built as a frameset (made up of a top and bottom frame). When
going to File/Print Preview in IE6, bevelled margins around the whole
page appear.
How do you remove these?

I know it has to be something to do with the interaction of the
frameset with the print.css, because I tested each frame individually
and neither produce the visible borders in Print Preview. And it's not
to do with the frameset file itself because the default screen css
also produces no borders. So I'm concluding that there must be
something I need to add to the print.css that refers to frames. (??)

Note: I refer to "frames" as being a subset of the overall "frameset".
Cheers,
Rob.
