Author how to keep images on correct place when resizing text with toolbar button?

Dear NG'ers,

I want to keep my images at a certain position that should change when the
text is enlarged or shrunk with the button on the toolbar?
What event is triggered when resizing text in the above way?

Event? There are no 'events' is any style sheet language that I can think
of.

Perhaps you should position your images using units relative to the font
size (e.g. em) - or better yet, show us a URI so we don't have to depend on
crystal balls to work out what you mean.

That would usually be achieved by adding the
text/image to the appropriate layout managers..
