It is a neat site. I'd make some minor changes in the navigation menu of the left. Perhaps change the background color a bit or make them look like buttons. They kinda blend into the whole page without much contrast.

Some images are clickable and some are not. You may want to make it more consistent. The sexy pictures kinda overpower the descriptions a bit. That may be good or maybe not.

The right-hand side contents are not necessary in my view. The free gift promotion can be there, but everything else seems to direct traffic to other sites.
