I might come off blunt, so don't taking anything personal. I'm just providing some constructive and thorough critisms.
Right off the bat, your navigation images appear to be stretched out. It looks very low quality. Your navigation titles could also use a better font other than the default one on my browser.
Your splash image doesn't really explain what the site is about. "Adas Technologies. Destiny of Intellects" sounds more like R&D than what your services provide. You should have a short blurb, something like "Internet Marketing & Software Development" next to the bird. The flapping bird in your splash is okay, but its also a bit annoying since that's all I see at the corner of my eye.
Your main page already has too much text. Review some "Web Do's and Don'ts" about having all that text. No one wants to read through the whole thing. People tend to skim so you need to make sure that you keep things short and sweet.
Also, there are many slight language errors that makes the reading uncomfortable and the feeling, more or less, unprofessional. For example, "We provide all the services to get your business on the web with easy use facilities and software tools to upgrade your business to a new height which your competitors can never think."
I've also noticed your use of different splash images for every section. They not only have nothing to do with the services you offer (an image of an island for your portfolio section?), but they make your site look amateurish since they appear to be easily attainable through a free photo site.
All in all, there's a lot of work to be done. I feel that in my years of web design, there's a thick line between something that feels amateur and something that feels professional. High-quality and relavent images, crisp fonts, and a cleaner home page will get you farther through that line.
Best of luck to you! | |

| One rule of thumb in web designing:
"DONT UNDERLINE TEXT WHICH DOESNT HAVE A LINK"
what else can i say about this one? mm...the company does web development, but cant they handle their own web site???
link doesnt work
images (main link images) and the flash takes a long time to load. use a pre-loader for flash.
lose the color sceme, or use a better scheme if this is the comapny colors
lose the background image
whats with the bird?
