What is the purpose of the Flash entrance page? Unless you have a
definitive reason to have it, I would eliminate it completely. Nowhere
does it say "enter" nor does it automatically bring you to the main
page, so unless you click on it, you go nowhere. To some, that could
appear to be the whole website, and also under construction.

After I get through that, it's an attractive site and easy to navigate.
One comment - I would get rid of the marquee - it's very distracting.

You have a bad typo on the home page: "Oppurtunities in Canada" as part
of the top navigation bar.

When using firefox, I have a large white space because I need a
plug-in for the flash. . ok in IE though.

Missing <h1> tags .......... very important

Opportunities in Canada is mistyped still for the homepage.
