Dump the Flash. It's not a useful technology for delivering content of
anything beyond pure entertainment value. Plus it makes the page extremely
heavy and slow.

Can you fix a boxing match for me? Your name sounds like you fix events.
Isn't that illegal? ;) It's cool, I'll keep it low.

This is the HTML.CRITIQUE group, so let's discuss the code first.

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=h...eventfixers.com

207 errors. Major suckage.

People in the country that I am in right left to right, yet your website
is "designed" so that the most important part of the site (what you can
do for me) is on the right. Better, this critical text moves and then
vanishes ... and first your eyes must fight the marquee moving away from
the menu.

Once the menu stops animating, the first noticeable text on it is "What
do you need for your event" - well, don't you KNOW? What do you do,
anyways? The next line is "go to my projects and organize the event
myself". Hell, I can do that WITHOUT your website.

Let's proceed to the center of the page, hmmm?

There are several headings in neon green. Below that is tiny, barely
legible text. Good job. Nothing hides potential functionality like teeny
tiny text.

Let's look up at the top under the logo.

"You are not currently logged in".
So what? Is the purpose of your site to help me, or just get me to log
in?

Let's look to the left.

That neon banner is going to make my eyes bleed.

Overall, you need to redesign the site.
It's obviously not working on any level.
