Not bad, just badly implemented.
You have an 8 by 8 gif. The browser has to render this gif thousands of
times to realize all your background. This makes the whole page real slow to
render, causing all sorts of effects when the page is scrolled.
Build yourself a, say, 64 by 64 gif for these backgrounds. The file size
will only be a little bit larger but it will render 8 times a quickly.

Why does it have pictures of fish in the background if it's called
Chameleon Moments?
Quick chameleon fact: chameleons don't change colour to match their
surroundings -- they change colour mainly due to mood.

| Thanks for the link hack Nik. It validates and looks like it could come in handy.
RF, about the gif BGs...
Its a great big point you have there. The browser is doing all kinds of hard work.
Deceptively obvious: (Little jigsaw bits=Hard jigsaw) vs happy meal jigsaw.
The explanation for the fish motif is long.
I've got 50 varnished fish hanging from my ceiling.
They were born at the same time as the idea for the name.
Its all about coincidences, but its best not explained.
I'm sure I've had this fact about mood changing vs camoflage before.
Never from Ealing.

Thankfully I'm not needing any Melotan2 because I'm a natural.
