Overall look (aside from being too busy for my taste) good = colors, layout.
I am using IE 6 and cannot increase the font size - plus the font is a
little smaller than I want to read. If you reduce the size of the browser
window to what I am using there is a horizontal scroll bar - not good.

The design needs to be more flexible. (I only looked at the index page)

The text is the size of fly droppings at my screen resolution. When I
zoom text, the background images start repeating. It looks sloppy.

I suggest you work on a flexible layout and dump the nested layout
tables - they are soooooooo last century. CSS is your friend. :)
