Hello,

I paid a service to develop a site for me. I can't pay them more, but would
like to modify the pages slightly, with the widening of the page from 779
pixels to 960, and the addition of a new column on the right hand side in
the 181 pixel space that would be created,

I've played with the layout, but don't seem to be able to get it right.
Would someone please look at http://payclerk.com/PCTemplate.htm and advise
me as to where to and what to add to this page to create a new full height
column on the right hand side?

Thanks in advance!

Many thanks, actually.

CM

First thing to do is to look at your contract, or review
the terms, of what you paid for in the original design.

Second step is, if the original terms required the production
of a "proper" website, or templates, to ask for some of your
money back.

- "pixel perfect" design is folly on the WWW, so you have
to adjust your thinking, and presumably your pages and templates
- your 'template page' has 43 validation errors, and that's
assuming an HTML 4.01 transitional doctype - you need to
start with valid pages before worrying about other issues
- also, get rid of the stupid "News....stay tuned" entries
on some of the pages

Is this an autorespond script or something?

PS. The OP didn't ask for a review.
