It threw up javascript error messages so fast that thought MacMozilla
1.2.1 would melt down. To paraphrase, the error messages start out "Uh Oh,
something's wrong". I do not get the errors in MacIE 5, but I don't get
the border in your screenshot on either browser. There's just some globs
of border near the top of the page in both browsers.
I have some of issues with your markup including IE specific elements such
as "scrollbar-darkshadow-color", your combining of direct and indirect
styling on your elements. Why not put all styling in an external
stylesheet? There's a deprecated attribute in your <script> element, etc.
But all those are really alt.html issues and not alt.html.critique issues,
I don't think.
I wish you luck with the site. Can't have too much fishing related stuff
on the net. I know two guys who had a guide service named "Gone Fishing"
operating on the Kanektok River in Alaska in the eighties.
