I'm mainly after a "look and feel" critique. The XHTML and CSS is pretty
good I think. Any ideas for improvement?

The right content of the "A Few Rules" chapter is smaller in IE6 than in
NS7.1 or Firebird 0.7 (see at: http://www.evandervaart.nl/news/toby.png
28k).
Overall the page looks good to me too.

Keep up the good work.

Nice!
I wonder where is menu will be placed.
The text on the logo is hard to read
"Best viewed in: Opera 3.6+ / Netscape 6.2+ / Mozilla 1.0+ / Firebird 0.6+ /
Konqueror 3.0+ / Safari 1.0+. " Is about as bad as "Best viewed at 800x600"
:-)

Unusual. Looks fine in my Firebird. Have you perhaps set a minimum font
size? (Tools > Options > Fonts & Colours > Minimum Font Size)

There won't be a menu. Menus are for sites with more than one page.

Yes, I know. I'm playing with The GIMP to create a nicer logo. That was
just a funny one that I made.

Yes, I know (again). But I think of it as a form of free advertising for
those browsers. It works fine in IE5+ for Windows anyhow, and the problems
in IE4 for Windows are minimal. (I don't have access to Mac IE for
testing. It's about the only browser of any importance I'm unable to test
in.)

And FYI, it looks fine at 640x480.

It looks fine in Mac IE5 on OS9.1 at 640x480 except, with my settings at
12 pt and 72 dpi, the text that ends on the far right outside of the red
border is flysh*t small. If you wish a screenshot, I have one at

Hmmm... Odd. It's only set to 66%. Might think about changing that then.
