The good: Nice layout idea.

The bad: Tables for layout. Colours aren't very welcoming. Black on red is
hard to read.

Other stuff: More JavaScript than CSS. There's really no need.

Do tables work in all 'puter browsers and 'puter platforms?
I couldn't care less about other devices.
Unfortunately, css has too many cross-browser, cross-platform and
positioning issues to be taken seriously, IMO
(did you know some of the basic css rules don't work on Mac versions of IE?)

not supposed to be welcoming ...more intended like 'challenging', or
'take-no-prisoners' :-)

I don't like css for anything but basic stuff.

There is a graphic need which basic fonts will not supply!
....js works for everyone, though of course a few nerds will turn it off.
....js on the site is accompanied by non-js equivalents

Thanks Andrew,

It hurts my eyes. Thus, there's no reason for me to want to read any further. I
like the fonts you used, though.[QUOTE][color=darkred]

But ALT="xxxxxxx" on your <IMG> tags would work if you gave it a try ;-)

It's edgy eyecandy. Damned if I can find any content though. Looks like
something from a nouveau design magazine. Never did care for non-functional
design.

Think I have them all added now Jake. Are the words I used ok for your

Thanx again! This is only phase one
-- laying down a structure and nav format
-- long way to go yet!
