tear me apart, I mean it! no really, I'd like a bunch of comments regarding colors, borders, how it looks in your browser, layout, etc., anything! This is just a template layout so please keep in mind, most links do not work. Is the body text readable? Does the layout kind of make sense? Why doesn't it look quite right in the newer version of Opera?

* all the logos at the top compete for attention.
* what are you selling? Why should I care?
* what is your "innovation", what "solutions" do you offer?
* why do I care about your business partners?
* why do I want to search your site?
* why do I have to click to "find out more"?
* the text on the right menu is TOO SMALL

Your site lacks focus. I couldn't easily describe your products or
services. The only product on your page is described with so much
technobabbled detail that it would take longer than my attention span to
figure out if it actually solves any of my problems.

Lastly, your page does not validate.

It's an html 3.2 document touting an html 4.01 doctype.

----------------------------------------------

<td><font face="verdana,arial,helvetica" size="1" >  </font></td>

----------------------------------------------

</td>
</tr>
</table>
</td></tr></table>

<br />
<!-- /spacer -->
</td>

---------------------------------------------------------
<td width="11"><img width="10" height="1" src="images/space.gif" alt=""></td>

---------------
Aside from being a maintenance nightmare, I like the choice of colors.

Never mind. I was mistakenly referring to forum4designers.com.

Oh, too much navigation. So many opportunities to NOT read the sales pitch for
the x440! Lots of logos flying hither and yon when the window is resized (try
it!). The links to the pdf files and 'other links' picked up some weird dashed
underlines and have lots of space to their left that does not seem to serve any
purpose. I'd limit the logo display to nasi (a necessary evil for the proud
corporation) and the logo of the company whos product you're showcasing (IBM).

Navigation can be limited to Business Partners, Products, Services, Specials,
Contact, and Search -- and they can all be stuffed into one small area and
hopefully look similar. I'd make the navigation bar look different than the
product title bar.

And where's the BUY NOW button? Your company should always offer the looker to
buy at list price!

The page width scales quite well.

The banner at the top takes up too much screen real estate, as does the
section immediately below it. It's worse in Opera than in IE6, but even in
IE I think it's too big.

The text in the right-hand portion of the main content is probably sized
too small (it's hard for me to tell since I'm reading on a 21-inch monitor
at 1024x768 (screen resolution, *not* browser window size!), but since it
looks "small but readable" to me it will probably look "too small to be
readable" in a more common configuration).

The page degrades reasonably when CSS is disabled.

The horizontal menu in the third section from the top would look better if
it were centered or left-justified; the right-justification seems a little
odd.

The "Tell me more" button becomes square in Mozilla.

The colors strike me as appropriate.

My overall impression is "almost there."

I think you're looking at the wrong page.

"Business Partners" drop down script doesn't work. (You have action="".)
With a one line PHP script (perhaps slightly more in other languages), it
could.

I haven't even looked as you didn't have the courtesy to type the full URL in
the body of your post :~)

That doesn't bode well.
