It's a start :-) Checked with IE6 strict. IE6 quirks and mozilla get cranky
about the cyan bar at the right. It does, however, validate.
Sometimes when using CSS for layout one has to rethink the design a little.
For example those coloured bars at the right - I resorted to nested div's
for them. Perhaps a better solution is to use a y-repeat background div,
perhaps rethink the bars.
Also, the ISABELLE logo is now at the top, not sitting on the green line. To
get it to sit on the green line is real hard. A better approach would be to
add some white space in the image itself, making it the same as the right
hand logo thingy.
