Hi,

I'm ready to work my site in CSS for tables instead of using HTML and I
can't seem to locate the mockup that was kindly done. It was originally at
this url: http://usenet.alt-html.org/isa/isabelle.html and I would like to
view it for reference please.

Brucie appears to be on sebattical. What did your mockup look like. Perhaps
we could reproduce it for you.

Cheers
Richard.

It's a start :-) Checked with IE6 strict. IE6 quirks and mozilla get cranky
about the cyan bar at the right. It does, however, validate.

Sometimes when using CSS for layout one has to rethink the design a little.
For example those coloured bars at the right - I resorted to nested div's
for them. Perhaps a better solution is to use a y-repeat background div,
perhaps rethink the bars.

Also, the ISABELLE logo is now at the top, not sitting on the green line. To
get it to sit on the green line is real hard. A better approach would be to
add some white space in the image itself, making it the same as the right
hand logo thingy.

:) Thanks for your time and interest Richard! Gee, the people on this NG
are VERY helpful!... It's a nice and comforting experience on Usenet. *s*

I will analyse the CSS you did and take a stab at it, then report back
later! *grin*
