| Hello all,
I'm doing some testing and performance tuning and am looking for some sample
documents larger than 1GB. Anyone have an idea where I can find some? I've
tried Google, but haven't been able to find any.
TIA,
John

Unless you're looking for particular 'standard' test documents that
conform to a particular schema etc., I would just generate such files
using a scripting language. Even doing this in Java, C++ or even C is
usually not that hard. And the script represents a small
configuration file that allows you to generate test cases according to
your whim (err - I mean scientifically optimised criterion), which can
be very helpful.
HTH,
Pete.
