Hello,

I downloaded Update for Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0 Service Pack
1 (KB934268) today from microsoft update. Does this replace MSXML 4? Can I
remove KB927978 and KB925672? I am using Windows XP Pro SP2 and Office 2003
SP2. I have no plans to move to Office 2007.

No.

These updates patched MSXML4 for specific vulnerabilities. If you have
applications that rely on MSXML4, then no.
