Microsoft XML - Schema question: xs:choice xs:group xs:sequence

Schema question: xs:choice xs:group xs:sequence

Can any body help me to understand these concept? What are the situations
that I need to use these elemnets in my schema? There are many tools to
generate schema automatically, these elements always confuse me.
