| No. Publisher is not a web editor. It can produce simple websites but it's
primary function is a desktop publishing program not a web editor.
Dreamweaver
MS Expression Web
FrontPage
etc...are web editors.
However, you're still gonna need to learn some HTML, CSS and of course
graphics editing to edit/maintain/create websites.
