How do I view updated webpages that shows as blank just on my PC?

My website pages were just updated by a company I use to do it and I can view
all of the updates except for one page that was updated in LockedArea (https
page) that I use for my member's site.
On my PC I can't see the updated page (it just says *Done* and is blank,
but shows on the server that it has loaded), but then on some friends PCs not
on my network I can view this page but also sometimes I have to enter the
password a couple of times before it works... I have refreshed and also
emptied my IE browser cache, but nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have any ideas why this inconsistency is happening? The company
I use can't seem to figure it out either.
