Microsoft Publisher - Submit form

Hello, In my web page, I did a submit form, and when they click submit it
shows this:

" Oops! Page not found!

The page you tried to access does not exist on this server. This page may
not exist due to the following reasons:

The URL that you have entered in your browser is incorrect. Please re-enter
the URL and try again. Or,

The Link that you clicked on incorrectly points to this page. Please contact
the owner of this web site to inform them of this situation. "

I adjusted the properties of the submit button to send it to my email. I
checked out the same question in your discussion group, and most of the links
you were refering to are not good anymore. I use the trial Publisher 2007.
I want to buy it...if I can make it work good! Thank you for your help and
