| I was looking for training on how to set up a web site - I have Office 2003 -
looked at Front Page training - went through course and was helpful although
I didn't have front page installed - noticed it could also be created in
Publisher. New Office 2007 - why not install that - so I did - looked at
liked it for other applications - bought it - can't find training on how to
set up a web site.
1) What is the difference between Front Page - Publisher - Visio?
2)Where can I learn how to set up a web site - I bought a domain but it is
blank

| You might start with: Using Publisher for web sites:
http://msmvps.com/blogs/dbartosik/articles/80566.aspx
Publisher is a DTP with limited web building capability, and is probably
best for small, simple static websites. Depending on your expectations and
goals for your site, you might want to use other products such as FrontPage,
or now Web Expression, or, or...a zillion other web design tools or html
editors. Note there is a different between FrontPage and FrontPage server
extensions, which Publisher does use for some functionality.
Under Help in Pub 2003, you might look under the table of contents and
review the topics under Publisher and the Web.
Under Help in Pub 2007, you might review Designing and Creating Websites,
and Publishing Web sites.
For more information you might read:

| Clinton,
You go about it the same way almost all of us did. Try to create a
page/site and they ask questions. If you can use Help, you will be well
on your way.
Give it a go and if you get stuck, post your problem.
