I am unable to look at "http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30 "
for a possible answer due to "You are not authorized to view this page".

How or where do I attach a pdf file after paypal payment has successfully
completed?

Claudine,

You do it via PayPal. When you set up your account, one of the options
is to use a "Successful Payment" page, or use the standard one that PP
supplies.

However, PP has specific rules about what must be included in the
success page. I'm not sure it allows a file with a pdf extension, but
them I'm not sure they don't.

Either way, it's a PP issue, not a Pub one.

BTW, the error you describe is commonly due to a link to the wrong
folder. Servers are normally set up so visitors can only view files in
the public_html, html_public, http_docs or a similar folder, or a
subfolder from one of these directories. If you can post the exact link
that you are trying to have people view, it will help.
