I have a webpage and PayPal buy now code. I am ready to add buy now button
to the page but haven't a clue how to do it.

I used MS Publisher to create the Webpage. It looks great online, but needs
the Buy button.

I have the paypal html code in same directory as the webpage.

How do I get the Buy now button so that a buyer can just click on it and go
directly to paypal for payment processing?

I did not find this information in the Publisher Help either.

I assume that PayPal provides a code snippet to insert into your Publisher
webpage, and you can use the insert html code fragment feature in Publisher.
As to how to get PayPal to actually work, read their directions.
