| What can be done to fix this?
When I attempted to put a document into pdf format, the final result
was two different files with one listed after the other in the same
pdf document.
I tried it from both a website and from my own Word document, using
both firefox and microsoft browsers.
So far no response from Adobe in their forum.

| Sounds like you use the "append to file" function, and added the second file
to the first.

| Can you post your web site? It might help to see what is happening.
