Author how can I make my publisher 2003 created website appear centered?

I am creating a webspace using publisher 2003. So far I am stumbling along. I
have "published" the site to my web space but when the site is accessed from
the internet- my pages are not centered but rather aligned to the left.
Hopefully that makes sense. If not, got to www.theboardholder.com to see what
I am talking about. Please note- this is a work in progress :)
