How to get my contact form in publisher to work

| I have built a website using publisher 2003 and have added a contact form on
the contact us page of www.thegoldplatingcompany.co.uk. This contact form
returns with a 404 error after i type a message in the box and hit the submit
button. Just wondering what i have done wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Your form is MIA. Gone. No trace of it. Nothing in the Source Code that
mentions form.

| and even if it were there...it won't work without Frontpage Server
Extensions installed and working on your web server (they're not there
either).
