When coming to this site, I have to enter my e-mail address and my password.
I enter it in and it always tells me my password is wrong in red. I enter
the exact same password again and it lets me right in. Why is it doing this?
If I had not just changed it I may not try a second time. I just happened
to try it twice once, same exact password and I got right in. This causes
more work forMicrosoft as it causes people to keep changing their password
because they think they forgot it. Just overall confusion as well. With the
hundreds of passwords we have to remember this needs to be corrected.

Why don't you setup the Microsoft newsgroups with your newsreader?

Why do I want to do that?

Here's the red error message I get:

The password is incorrect. Please try again, or sign in with a different
e-mail address. Need help signing in?

I just enter it again and I get right in. It needs to be fixed.

We do not maintain the Microsoft site. You would need to contact Microsoft
directly. Posting your issue here won't get anything corrected - I'm
positive that Microsoft did not use Publisher to create that site.
