Author How do I override the absolute positioning in publisher?

I have publisher 2003 and am having trouble with the absolute positioning on
my webpage - I choose to do a free hosting with ads at the top so my page
goes to the right - and you cannot tell it is there. You only see the ads. I
cannot figure out how to change this so that my page shows under the ads.
Help!

Sorry, but you don't. That is just the way that Publisher works. Either use
different software to produce your site, or find a different web host.
Publisher websites do not play well with hosts that frame the pages.
