Import activated abl Form Fill-ins Word 200i3 to Publisher intact.

| Publisher 2007 seems to rarely do the same thing twice.
The first form-fill document was imported to Publisher 2007 perfectly with
all macros intact. Thereafter, all others were imported to a foreign page --
apparently as a print form with all data scrambled, and no form fills
activated.
How do I activate the form-fills within Publisher 2007?
