Author How can I make my webpage be in the center of the brower?

My webpage is created in Publisher '07. When it comes up in a browser it is
left justified. Is there a way to have it centered? Also, can I edit the
area around the paper? Thank you.

I believe the only version of Publisher created website that can be center
aligned is one created with Publisher 2000, i.e., www.vanusa.org.
And then by adding the <center> coding to each of the html files.
