| PowerPoint - you can link to the PP file and the viewer can download and
view as long as they have PP or the viewer. I don't know that you can just
embed the PP file. Alternatively you can convert your PP presentation to
HTML, upload it to its own folder on your site and write a link to the page,
and perhaps import it to a Pub webpage using an iframe. The easiest solution
is probably the first: Including external files in a Publisher web:

As per the navigation issues, you can probably repair your navbar, but the
approach varies by the version you are using. I would suggest that you go to
Help in Publisher and type in "navigation". Peruse the different topics and
in Publisher 2003 there is "troubleshoot navigation...", read that and see
if that will lead to an answer. If not post back and we'll try something
else.
