How do I add a blog to my website?

I am trying to add a Blog to my site but can’t figure it out. I am also
trying to add a form to allow people to sign up for a contest, I just need
them to fill out a form and receive the info via email.

Are you wanting a blog where only you write and viewers read or one
where visitors can comment? If the latter, you will need a blog program
- usually PHP that uses a database. You install it, then link to that
page from Pub.
