| I place a hyperlink to a pdf file in my website but the link will not work
because it links back to the original location rather then the website. I
assume the pdf must be in the index.htm file. How do I publish the pdf file
into the index.htm file so it can be linked?

| I find it best to put downloadable files in their own folder, i.e., files or
downloads.
The put your pdf file in the files folder.
The link on the webpage would read something like, "Get the project report
here."
Create a hyperlink using any or all the words in "Get the project report
here."
The hyperlink would then read files/report.pdf
