I have created a hyperlink within an html document linking to my email. I
want to also include the whole document. How do I do this?
i.e. - my doc is called salesinquiry.htm. Within this is "submit inquiry"
with the hyperlink to my email. When it brings up my email page, I want the
filled out sales inquiry page sent with it.
