| I take it you mean on a website; if so you either need an animated gif or
create an animated gif. Publisher, to my knowledge isn't able to create
animated gifs, you'll need another program, i.e., Paint Shop Pro Animation
Shop (I think that's the name).

| Microsoft offered a gif animator with FrontPage 98. It is available all over the
web as a free download.

I create animation with Corel's R.A.V.E. Easy to use.
