| What is the "FrontPage Save Results Component" in the upper left corner? Did
you insert some sort of code via the code fragment feature? I don't know
that any Publisher built form needs anything like this to work, and it might
be related to your problem.
Did you use HTTP uploading protocol, or FTP, or? Forms require HTTP. Perhaps
reading the following references might help sort it out.
