I am trying to insert a sub-menu on a navigation bar. Any assistance is
appreciated. Site is www.powerfulprayer.org

Sub-menus are not supported in Publisher. You can either build your own
textual or graphical menu, or perhaps Google for a javascript based menu,
DHTML, etc. Then use the insert html code fragment tool
