| I am not sure I follow. If you open your Publisher document, and go to File
> Web Page Preview, does the page preview in IE? Which version of IE are you
using? If you Publish to the Web, and direct the html output to a folder on
your hard drive, and then go to that folder and double click the index.htm
file, what happens?
