Author how i can link the tile of document which available in same page

I am having career page on my website.
There i am catagorised jobs & I want to give the facility to click the
catagory so person can directly go to the jobs related to that category.
My catagory list & jobs details both are on same page. so How i can
hyperlink them?

If I understand you correctly, you have a long page with jobs at the top
and details at the bottom? You could use anchors next to the detail for
the job and link the job listing to that anchor.
