I have read through your other comments on this subject, but as I look at the
information provided for each program on their website, I do not find
anything that will work for my needs. I checked out coffeecup and wrensoft.
I need something that will work on a real estate search. I need to be able
to have the user put in several areas of critiria to get back a search. Any
suggestions?

WrenSoft will work and AFAIK CC will too. I know WS allows the use of
"and" terms to limit the search. Did you download the free version and
try it? Keep in mind that search engines will have trouble following
links if they rely on javascript (such as nav bars).
