Author Centering text boxes in Microsoft Publisher web publications

Although the text box looks centered in the workspace, when I try "web page
preview" it looks off-center. How do I fix this?

Your text box is probably centered on your page, but Publisher web pages
load left justified, not centered on your screen. If you want to understand
