| I want to change the page functionallity in Publisher 2003. I want to use
the link feature where the pages don't all show up on the list at the left
but I need the linking pages to be able to link to others like in the
suggested link page.

| If you don't want to use the wizard built navbars, then you can build your
own out of textual or graphic elements, and just add the hyperlink to the
other pages. If you don't know how to add a hyperlink, then open Help in
Publisher, and look at the material available under 'hyperlinks'. It is
pretty straight forward.
If you want to use a combination of a navbar for some pages, and not for
others, then look under Help for 'navigation' for good instructions on how
to use the navbar wizard.

| Thanks. I kept going in circles and can't find any books that cover Publisher.

| Yeah, Help under Publisher has a lot of good information, but sometimes it
is hard to find. Just keep trying different key words, and scanning the
topics. I find more each time I go into it, and of course, that is just the
program contents. If you allow it to search the Microsoft site, there is
more.
You can also reference: Publisher 2003 Help and How-to:

And David Bartosik has lots of good content. Use key words to search his
site for articles:
http://msmvps.com/blogs/dbartosik/
I also use Google groups to search the group for answers. Once again, try
different key words:

And feel free to come back and ask questions here. Good luck.
