How do I insert an MS Publisher doc into another MSPublisher doc?

I have a master document in Publisher 2002. I want to insert additonal pages
that I have also created in Publisher 2002.

When I follow the instructions for inserting objects into Publisher I get an
icon at the insertion point in the master document but when I try to get it
to convert the icon to "content" it simply opens the second document and I am
left with two separate documents
