| Once published, my site is flushed to the left. How can I either center it

| I believe only Publisher 2000 created sites can be centered; Publisher by
default creates websites left justified.
If you want to fill you monitor with your website you will have to change
the display to 800x600, otherwise you will have to live with what you've
got.
