Hello there,

I've done a website in publisher and have had few problems - it looks great.
But I want to add a pdf file so users can download a booking form.

Anyone know how I can do it?

Thanks for your help.

Tim McIntyre.

Tim, here's one way of doing it.

Create a folder, name it files (or any other name you like to store files
to be downloaded) and put it in the folder where you save your website
files.
Put the file booking.pdf (or whatever you call the file) in the new files
folder.
So far this was for storing on your computer.

Edit your site pub file to say something like Get the Booking Form here.
With the mouse capture the word here (highlite it), go to Insert, Hyperlink
and in the box put download/booking.pdf OK it and the box goes away and
the word here becomes underlined and turns blue. Save as a website.
Connect to your ISP server, create the folder download in the same area as
all of your website files and now upload the booking.pdf file into it.
Upload the new website files and that's it.
