Author Can't find the Columns option in my Format Textbox

I'm in the Format Text Box dialog box, and Help says to "click the Text Box
tab, and then click Columns." But there's no "Columns" choice there, or
anywhere in Format Text Box. I'm trying to create a web page - is this
option not available there?

Publisher does not support columns in a web publication. You might try two
or more text boxes to form your columns, or perhaps try the use of a table,
though it may have some limitations too, including conversion to an image.
There are a number of formatting options available for print docs, that
Publisher can't support in web docs. Part of that is the limitations of
Publisher, but part of it is there simply is no HTML equivalent.
