I have a form on my website, for potential clients to complete, this has a
submit button set to send the form to my Email address BUT the form isn't
coming through!!
The website is a publisher document published to the web & my web space
provider has allowed for front page extensions - I am a total novice & can't
afford proffesional help, so any suggestions are greatfully received - THANK
YOU. Xx

Show us the form - post the URL to the website.

Also, your host must allow the FP form handler to work....some don't.
