i created a site using Microsoft publisher and a template but the host is
incompatable so i need to find a way to convert the pages i just created to
HTML format so i can copy and paste.

Sounds like you are missing some of the fundamentals about using Publisher
to produce a website. Here is an article that might help: "Prepare, publish,
